“Worst stay I’ve had in years! Room keys didn’t work. There was no blanket. The ventilation was poor. There was no water pressure. The room was decorated poorly and had no ambience. The bed was uncomfortable. It was just one of the worst days I’ve had in many many years and I travel a lot. I will never go to another Tru hotel, and I will seriously doubt that I will go to a Hilton as well”

“The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but the property itself needs better cleaning and maintenance. Our towels had holes in them, the bathroom had a very strong weed odor, the hallways smelled like cigarettes, and the fitness room was messy and had an unpleasant smell.”

“I’ve been staying in hotels most of my 73 years. I’ve never stayed in one that didn’t have a clock with alarm, or in one that didn’t offer a cup of some sort in the bathroom for brushing teeth, etc. My room had neither of those things. To their credit, they sent me a text asking how my room was. I mentioned those things and when I got back to my room, there was an alarm clock and some plastic drinking cups. I downgraded one star just because they weren’t provided initiall. I don’t know if it was……

“My only suggestion would be a better sign indicating which door leads to the Motel. It is a HUGE building and houses a party store, liquour store, a restaurant, and apartments as well as a huge gas station. ”

“Staff attempted to enter my room at 7am without knocking or introducing themselves, created a very tense and anxious situation. Walked away with no apologies! ”

“I have been renting 2 rooms here every week for employees. They are charging $6/night if a room is rented from a third party such as Expedia. We will no longer use this establishment. I use Expedia to get our rooms at a discount- if I’m charged $24/room/week it defeats the purpose. ”

“Rooms could have been cleaner , the tub has black rings from old rubber mats and looks dirty. This could be cleaned up . The AC unit had the dirtiest filters I have ever seen being in the field for 27 years. I cleaned them before I turned it on . Highly recommend. And I cleaned the floor with bleach wipes . ”
