“One of the best properties we have stayed in! Property is secluded,quiet, great fishing, and so beautiful. Trails were fun to walk daily. The outdoor space is perfect! The deck is great for sitting and watching over the water for all the birds, and wildlife. The firepit area was shadded and perfectly nessled under a canopy of trees that served as a rain shield for the 2 days it rained a little. The little beach was so nice too, we swam, fished, and just had such a great time. The A-frame was so……

“The property was exactly as described and the pictures were representative of the space and surrounding property. The property was gorgeous. The host was fantastic and so personable and he walked us through everything every step of the way. The small cabin is right on the AuSable river and we waded in a fly fished right in front of the cabin. It was quiet and peaceful, and you could sit and watch an occasional kayak or canoe go by. The drive into Grayling is only about 10 miles and there was……

“To no fault of the property owner, the cleaners had not cleaned or changed the sheets before our arrival. We had to call Evolve Travel, whi had to track down the owner. The owner was unable to get a hold of the cleaners, but was gracious enough to give us the code to the shed where clean sheets were kept. The floors were filthy!!! The top of the toilet tank was off because you had to jiggle the parts for it to flush correctly. The owner had obviosly bought all new sheets, towels,kitchen utensils……
