“The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.”

“A bit noisy, by the road. The owners supplied earplugs but still a bit loud”

“Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. ”

“Modern, very clean, well laid out and roomy aparthotel room. The three of us enjoyed our stay in this lovely room. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The wifi and AC worked well and we slept well in the beds. When I had a question or request the host responded quickly. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close by St Paul's Cathedral. There is easy access to the tube. However, some sites like the Tate Modern or Borough Market are within walking distance. We would definitely……

“Automated AI system to get in. It worked however if your phone dies you have no way to got in. Communitcation about our complaint that the room was unbelievably small and the building was unbearably hot resulted in AI automated responses and got no where. Although it was a hot day it made no sense why the room never cooled down. Room big enough for 1 person really. Double bed left hardly any floor space.”
