"Booked for a night whilst we stayed in Birmingham. Though it’s located at the back of the mailbox (great for bars and restaurants) it was super chilled especially for a Friday night. The surrounding areas vibe continued into the hotel where it’s beautiful and calm with the very friendly staff making the experience that much better. Would highly recommend!"

I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. "Unfortunately the shower in our room only delivered scalding hot water, the plug in the sink did not fit, the iron and ironing board which was attached to the wall fell off and the mirror was cracked. These were reported to the management who made a note of the issues so hopefully they will ensure these are all repaired. As we were only staying overnight we were able to cope with the shower situation. . However the staff were very polite and friendly. "
