"My granddaughter had a blast. She loved the pools, the water park, the activities (build a stuff animal and tie dye), and the arcade. We never left the property. The staff was great and we enjoyed the restaurants. I am sure we will be going back."

"Nice room. Clean room. When we went to leave there were no carts to take our luggage to the car so we had to make multiple trips. "

"MASSIVE resort. Plan on walking...alot. Desk staff was friendly. Water park is great but almost impossible to find an open lounger. Water in the kids area was freezing cold. Prices for food and drinks are really expensive at the water park. Hotel food options are plenty. Hotel can be tricky to navigate. Our wing didn't have a working elevator so we had to carry 8 large suit cases up 3 sets of stairs. Room was nice however hardly any towels. Parking is plenty. "

"Room was very sparse! No chair, no OUTLETS! Not even an outlet to plug in the coffee pot. The bed creaked every time you moved and was a hard and lumpy. Probably good for people with young children because of the pools..."
