The home sleeps a maximum of 16 guests and is perfect for your family or small group trip!

This open concept home features a large kitchen and living room area with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and sofa sleeper. The four season room has cathedral ceilings with a ton of windows giving you a perfect view of nature from the comfort of the home. The roomy kitchen is well stocked, comes with full size appliances including a dishwasher and opens up to the dining and living rooms. The adjacent dining area has a table with seating for 6, along with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The home offers complimentary premium Wi-Fi for your convenience.

The peaceful master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, and has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds. There is a shared bathroom right down the hall, as well as a large utility room with washer and dryer. The garage is currently not included with rental of the home.

The newly added lower level features a home theater area with 86” TV, with Dolby Atmosphere surround sound perfect for watching the big game or a family movie, along with 2 sofa sleeper large sectional couches. There is also a huge common area, an additional full bath with walk-in shower, and two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and TV, and the other has a queen bed and TV.


Serenity Now is within walking distance to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Although this home is not pet friendly, please be advised when the homeowners visit the home, they may bring their pet(s) (dog). Home sleeps maximum of 16, rates based on 10 people over the age of 3. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.
