Great cozy spot with a short walk to the beach!

My partner and I stayed here for a lazy Thanksgiving week. We had a great time and enjoyed the very comfy house and its easy proximity to town/the beach.

We live Yachats.

We were just there for 3 nights, but next time will book a longer stay. Communication with the property owner or manager was easy and good. The property was was perfect for us, and completely as advertised. We loved it.

Beautiful home in superb location

A large home with a terrific forest view. Very spacious and lots of light. Immaculately clean. Thoughtful amenities. And only a 3-minute walk to both the center of town and to the beach.

Even better than we hoped

This was a wonderful property. The house was a perfect size for us and the neighborhood was so quiet and well maintained. The kids loved the little nook under the stairs! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family loves this location and home - we're already talking about bringing friends and family back here! Small snafu with the door code but the property manager was very responsive and even stopped by to make sure we'd gotten inside alright.

Perfect for our needs

Very clean. We lacked nothing. Well supplied with kitchen accoutrements, clean towels, good light for reading. Location was fine for us. We didn’t need a view. We hiked on the beach and returned to the house for a cozy dinner at the table. Lucky to have a storm rattle the windows a bit. Overall, nice holiday experience.

Cozy And Convenience

Great access to the beach once we learned about the path that did not involve daring the 101 cross on the road. Walk into town thru the neighborhood was easy. Would love to have enjoyed the pool but it was not open for the exact days we were booked for.

Neptune!

What’a great little place. Quiet neighborhood, grassy backyard, birds talking all day. You can walk to to just about anything in yachats! We’ll be back. 🙂🙂

Nice getaway home

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious living room kitchen and deck. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the little birds that were in the middle of migration play in the evening. Rooms are good size. There were some minor issues with the beds being a little soft for our taste but overall a nice weekend spot that is in a great location.

Yachats home away from home

We had a great time. Our only concerns were being in our 60’s and 70’s having a rail on the front porch, bars by the toilets or higher one would be a PLUS. This is my second time staying at Neptune’s Nest. Love dealing with Niki

Exceeded Expectations

Wow! Beautiful light, bright and airy home. Classy decor. Fabulous setting within walking distance of Yachats River. Natural habitat at river's edge feels like heaven. Two window seats and the tiny hobbit room were delightful. Comfy beds. Realky nice selection of puzzles. Exceeded our expectations and made fir a joyful 4 day birthday get away

Clean, neat & relaxing

We had a wonderful time in this unique spacious home! The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The beach just a short walk away. The pool and hot tub were fun. The green trees and fresh air was like being in a mountain cabin. The best of both worlds, the beach and the mountains! The house was great and had all the supplies we needed, whether it was linens or kitchen supplies. Had only occasional slow down on the Wifi. It was the best vacation our family has had in years!

Needs done updates

House is spacious & fulfilled our needs for sleeping arrangements, & cooking. Some of the windows coverings need repair or updates. Shower doors in main bathroom were not very stable. Location is good for getting to lots of activities within a 30 mile radius.

Great Find

Great place in Yachats with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy a long weekend away. Nothing overly exotic; however, a nice and well stocked get away. Too bad the Internet service was soooo slow. I had a little work to do over the weekend and it was frustrating killing time waiting on the service to send and receive data. Hardly an issue the property owners likely have much control over. I loved having a full size washer and dryer and a pretty well stocked kitchen. Do bring all basics like cooking oil, seasonings, condiments, etc.
