“We used the place as somewhere to crash after a day of sightseeing. Very small so not a place to spend the day. It was just my wife and me so not too bad. Any issues I had were a result of me not thoroughly reading the description. For example, renters should bring their own sheets and towels. I missed this but fortunately Ingrid had a spare set. All things considered, price/value made it a good choice.”

“The cottage was as advertised. It was small but very well stocked with a great utilization of space. Everything was clean and comfy. The bath towels were so thick and luxurious. There were games, an iron/iron board, and well stocked kitchen and anything we needed for a comfortable stay. Management was very responsive and even came in to change the sheets when we found stains on them. We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod.”

“Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.”

“The home was clean and spacious for our family. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. Access to a beach was within minutes. The back yard was a perfect spot for hanging out in nice weather. The ONLY negative thing was that there was no heat in the basement where my son wanted to sleep. A space heater would have been a nice addition. But that’s not enough really to complain about. It wasn’t freezing down there.”
