"Great location for beaches, restaurants and relaxation"

"Alain is a wonderful and communicative host in addition to the property being just as advertised. The property is clean and Alain was very responsive throughout booking and our stay. Although we stayed during a colder time (no ocean dips for us), the view was beautiful and the space was cozy. The beach is literally at the back door and it was a mere ten minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street festivities. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy...

"This location was perfect near the beach and with a restaurant right next door. The room was clean and modern and the deck was amazing. The parking was a little tricky since some cars were illegally parked in the lot and the spaces were small. Check in was 3 pm and at 3:10 I brought our bags up to the third floor only to find it still being cleaned. I went to the office and asked them to notify me when it was ready so I did not have to keep checking. The cleaner said 30 minutes at the most. ...

Not only had he thoughtfully designed the space for comfort and ease so that we had all that we needed already provided, but he was attentive throughout our time at Sailor’s Sanctuary to make sure that we had the best possible stay. His virtual tutorial highlighted the specifics of the space clearly and efficiently. We have stayed at various homes in Provincetown over the years, but agree that this is the best - a true gem!"
