“The positives are the staff was very nice and the room was clean with a full kitchen. The bummer was that the pool was not open and hasn't been for awhile. The door was very difficult to open. The rooms were a little run down. The entrance to the woods was actually not walkable at all despite the Expedia description. But this was an inexpensive hotel in a convenient location on Cape Cod so I would give it a solid 4 stars.”

“I have no complaints. Everything was wonderful other than the floor being very dirty.”

“The property has been beautifully renovated. Amazing views of the dunes and coast. Great hiking trails right on the grounds. Great spot to watch a sunset.”
