“The view was breathe taking and the space was small yet comforting. The little label reminders were very helpful. The suggestion for things to were great. Wish week had more time to try the different places. Was an overall amazing stay would stay again.”

“The property was perfect for us! It was clean and cozy, exactly as described. Close to the water and centrally located on the Cape, we had an excellent week of vacation. Janet’s instructions and communication were spot on. The home was comfortable and very conducive to easy living and relaxation. We had a great time and look forward to returning. ”

“Cozy small home perfect for a girls weekend! Close proximity to the ferries and several good restaurants close by!”

“Cozy little Cape Cod cottage nestled in nice neighborhood minutes from bay Beach. Very clean, nice linens, everything you need insofar as kitchen needs. great Cape feel. Not luxurious just true Cape feel. Would love to go back for a longer stay”

Kitchen and living room were spacious enough with the convenience of preparing meals whenever we wanted to eat. We loved waking up in the setting looking out over the pond. Very close to the Cape Cod bike trail, which was spectacular!”

The Whale Cottage did need minor repairs and why I did not rate it 5 stars. The large oceanfront window would not lock or close tightly and the front screen door was secured with white duct tape. The bed is super comfortable, the living space is well……

“This is a cute little place. Seems a little worn out for the money. The picture of the two chairs by the water is disceptive. You can not see the water from the house, except for a peek a boo view through the trees. i ”
