"Our summer stay at Mark's place in King's Beach was great. Quiet, beautiful view, convenient location, classy and clean, and so much more. To top it off, we experienced a severe thunderstorm warning while we were there, and we promptly received a call from Mark to check in on us and make sure we were alright, and to reassure us to call him if we needed anything, despite the storm. If I could give a bonus star for this stay, I would. Mark get's an A+ from us."

"Loved the location and ability to have a large group and three bathrooms. Property was a little more rundown than anticipated. Dining table very wobbly and a screw came out while there. Four of the eight beds were worn to the point of sagging in the middle, but the other four were great. The keypad did not work well as it was worn and should be repaired. We enjoyed ourselves and it was within walking distance to most everything. The firepits by the dock were wonderful to gather around at night."

"The location is amazing but the property was missing air conditioning and during summer the house gets so warm that it is inhabitable even with fans on full speed. Around 7, with the windows open the second floor was close to 85. First day the windows were stuck and had to call the emergency line to get maintenance team on the property to open the windows. Outdoor furniture was not cleaned before our stay so could use it but everything else within the property was clean. Overall removing one...
