The hotel itself needs some updating, our room had chipped paint and a faint smell of wet dog, the cleaners definitely did their best it's probably the carpets that need cleaning. The spa facilities were basic, the pool is a leisure centre pool, and it wasn't a relaxing experience we expected sadly, for example you take your shoes off and leave in a pile with everyone elses by the reception area like soft play, the lockers dont lock! The hotels in a good location though and staff are helpful and friendly but I wouldn't stay again.

Staff were excellent. However found room very small, no coffee making facilities. Extremely noisy outside, prefer fresh air but had to close window & use the a/c instead.
No obvious bar, the lift did mention a lounge on 1st floor, may be one there ?
