I like the email alerts about boarding time and gate information.
Can any airline think of a better way to board passengers when there is so much hand luggage. Maybe back to front, with personal item passengers getting front seats, wouldn’t take so long to get off, instead of the wait for the heavy carry ons being taken down
Need healthier snack, like a health bar instead of cookie.
Don’t like that haFed to pay for luggage and seats.
My Houston to Austin flight was delayed due to a delay of the incoming aircraft...so I missed a meeting I wanted to attend.
Pilot did great job getting us back on schedule, but Austin ground crew hadn’t cleared gate in time, so sat on tarmac 20 minutes.
The seats are so close we’re practically sitting on each other’s laps. Why not just remove the seats altogether and then you can jam on 30 to 40% more passengers. Oh yeah, federal regulation won’t allow....
I was unable to log in to get my flights logged on my frequent flier points. can someone reach out to me-
Everything was ok... ok thank you
