The beach is incredible, but the location is not convenient for out of hotel restaurants or shopping unless you rent a car. The hotel is a good hour from the airport by taxi and the last airport shuttle leaves at 5:40 pm. The hotel is very dated and could use an upgrade but the rooms are huge and have a great balcony. The restaurants are somewhat overpriced for evening meals but the breakfast add on is highly recommended. Overall, if you want the best beach then this is a good choice.

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

No food service in the entire resort from 2pm to 5:30pm daily.
Pool closes early
The beach opens at 9am and not earlier and it closes at 7pm. Totally ridiculous!
I had 3 room for 4 nights and asked to check out one room at 12Noon instead of 11am - they refused and charged me a day rate!
Must pay for beach towels, and beach chairs.
Resort is far from most activities
Will never stay there again

I am American and my beach vacations are usually to Mexico. Please keep that in mind when reading my review as that is what I will compare most of it to. I am spoiled. If you are familiar with that type of resort, this will dissapoint you.
1. If you are expecting something nice and modern you will not get that here. This hotel is very outdated. The service is on par for a nicer hotel. The staff was 4/5, Actual hotel probably 2/5. The AC is very weak and Okinawa is hot and humid. The first night we were sweating and had to call for a fan. We left the ac running the next day and it was much more comfortable. Also the parking lot is far from the hotel. They do have a shuttle though.
2. The beach was fantastic. The water here is some of the best I've seen. Bahamas level or better. There are still some fish in the swimming area even though its netted off.
3. Expensive! This hotel was the most expensive of our entire Japan trip and probably the worst. Not only was the stay expensive but everything you wanted to do there cost extra and there was a huge mark up on drinks. I got used to paying under 500 yen for a beer in the mainland but here it was 1000 for one beer. Even 990 for a cola! I got used to Japan prices for the previous 10 days and then got sticker shock when I had to pay America type prices.
I would not stay here again. Would just pay to use beach

This hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. Situated on the harbor, it offers stunning views of the city skyline and the iconic Rainbow Bridge, making it a beautiful place to relax both during the day and at night.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and welcoming. It also offers several excellent on-site dining options, and if you want to explore, two shopping malls with additional restaurants and stores are less than a five-minute walk away, making the location incredibly convenient.
What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely focused on providing an outstanding guest experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel service I have experienced in years.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay with breathtaking views, an excellent location, and world-class hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at the Osaka Hotel! I traveled with my 15-year-old, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There was an excellent selection of fresh and delicious Japanese and continental food every morning, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. It was the perfect start to each day.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. We would happily stay here again!
