A Great place to stay! In a secluded convenient location yet just moments from all amenities. We have stayed here twice and can recommend with confidence. The buffet breakfast is amazing as well, though lazing by the pool is very hard to beat. If you are looking for a little more up market and friendly, put this one on your list.

I absolutely loved this property! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and greeted us with a genuine smile. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. The property itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable, safe, and right at home throughout our entire stay. I can’t wait to come back, and I will definitely be staying at this property again. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip so special!

Had a lovely stay, but definitely a step down from the other resorts nearby that we have stayed at previously. Whole place is a bit bit tired and maintenance is not good. We had a toilet roll holder that was loose and kept falling apart in our room. Pools have inumerable tiles coming off constantly and they are occasinally stuck back on with a waterproof adhesive. Breakfsat is fairly good, but again not a patch on what we have experienced elsewhere and as a big flag to any one who loves their pork/bacon- the hotel and all restaurants are HALAL, and beef is substituted for pork (quite a shock TBH in a predominantly Hindu island). Staff generally very friendly and helpful (especially at the Tamarind) but poolside service pretty much non-existent- there are little electronic belles to press but we did not find one that functioned to summon an attendant in 6 days. Hot tip is that the pizza from Tamarind is outstanding and a Marherita i available on request (including poolside- you might just need to go in to order it!)

Located on the steep hills on the outskirts of Ubud, we chose this hotel based solely on its location and the photos we found online. As with any booking made from pictures alone, your imagination inevitably starts to paint a picture of what the hotel and its surroundings might actually be like. The road leading to the hotel is narrow—at times it feels as though there's barely enough room for the taxi to pass. Winding through rice fields and dense jungle, the journey itself builds a sense of anticipation. Eventually, you arrive at the hotel entrance, where a gently sloping driveway leads down to the reception area, offering your first glimpse of what awaits. We arrived late in the evening, making it difficult to fully appreciate the setting at first. Even so, it immediately felt like a hidden jungle retreat, and the atmosphere was simply breathtaking. The pool area, located a short walk down from the reception, is undoubtedly the jewel in the hotel's crown. Perched above a deep ravine and surrounded by lush tropical jungle, it offers spectacular views and an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquillity. The rooms are spread throughout the property, connected by pathways that wind through the lush gardens. Although the resort has more than 70 rooms and villas, it never feels crowded. Instead, the layout creates a sense of privacy and seclusion. Our room wasn't particularly large, but it certainly wasn't small either. For two people, it was just the right size, with everyt
