An incredibly dreamy stay, with some of the best hospitality, service, and just pure thoughtfulness that I've experienced. We were a family of 3 (with a young toddler) and Rosewood was a great choice/home base for us as we explored the riviera maya region. I'm itching to go back already.

This was our third year in a row, and it just gets better each year. We will definitely be going back for a fourth. The property is amazing. It’s immaculately groomed and maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The food is the best we’ve had on the peninsula. The rooms are wonderful. We just can’t say enough good things about this resort. Highly recommend.

Check in was a breeze. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The food was pretty good. My family and I enjoyed the variety. We like that the buffet would switch up the dishes every day. We enjoyed the other restaurant as well. We attempted to try Bamboo twice. First time was told that we would have to wait and wouldn't know how long the wait would be. They had a few empty tables and got informed that it was for reservations. Inquired about that since we did ask the front desk about it and was informed "no reservations are needed". Then is was close that Thursday night during our stay so sadly we didn't get to try it. The two restaurants only offered spaghetti and meatballs on the kids menu, that was kind of a bummer. We went to the presentation for Club Viva the guy pitching it was nice but the second man.. the minute we declined the offer the attitude completely switch and he became rude. I know it's hot but I wish there was a way they could keep the pool cooler. The water was super hot. Over it we still made the most of it and enjoyed our time.

Todo estuvo excelente, el personal todos son increibleiblemente atentos, los alimentos en todos los restaurantes espectacular, los meseros son tan atentos que hacen unas vacaciones increíbles
