An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort Our experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort was truly exceptional, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

We had a truly wonderful stay at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise and had an absolutely fabulous holiday from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and provided the perfect setting for a fantastic getaway. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made a difference and helped make our holiday so special. Everything about our experience was fantastic, from the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere to the food, facilities, and overall service. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and were genuinely sad to leave. A huge thank you to all the team at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our holiday so memorable. The animals were the best part of this place. Coming to an all inclusive I thought It would be full of decent food and good drinks. The food was far from decent and it was terrible. The drinks were even worse the bartenders couldn't even make a proper margarita which was insane it felt like I was drinking sugar on ice. Arriving to the resort I was told we had to make reservations for dinner but after checking in and walking one table over to make a reservation none was available for the whole weekend. The only place we could eat at was this taco place which the food took 50 minutes to come out one night. I wasn't able to receive my luggage until a hour after checking in. When checking out I was told to let the staff know ahead of time being that my building is far to have my luggage loaded. In fact I did just that and they never arrived so I had to walk far with my luggage. I really tried to give this resort a chance but it was really bad. All I got was a " give this to the bell boy on your way out". This place needs a whole 360 clean up.

Nice rooms and facilities, The beach is not usable most of the year due to seaweed and smell. Hard to get golf cart transportation to travel around the park. Good restaurants and food. Terrible entertainment in evenings. The concerts are a joke.
