玛雅海滨适合儿童的假期

This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood.

Pool was enjoyable. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Pesima atencion del personal en general, las unicas que eran amables y sonrientes eran las del kids club. La comida mala , todo lleno de grasa muy pocas opciones en el buffet y super repetitivo. La heladeria ponen a una persona a atender a todo el hotel si quieres un helado = formarte 30-50 minutos. La cafeteria esta rica pero 30minutos les toma darte un cafe. Falta personal! Las estaciones de toallas nunca vi a una persona atendiendo las dejan botadas ahi y se van y si se acaban ps nimodo te quedas sin toallas. La barra 1 persona para atender a toda una alberca. No vuelvo definitivamente eso de que es hotel de “5 estrellas” imposible de creer

The bartenders “El Ruso” and Natan were great along with every other staff. The DJ at this resort had the most boring music playing. The stay at this resort was nice and relaxing, however, we wanted more fun. The music was bad, at times needing something more upbeat. I will not stay at this respite again for the sheer fact that I was bored during my stay. While I want r to relax, some fun here is greatly needed. Maybe I chose the wrong resort for my “Fun” and “some relaxation” all at once. Natan and “El Ruso” thanks for your attentive service and every other staff that I can’t remember their names. I would like to add that my rooms were always clean pool was clean however was 4 foot something - don’t recollect how deep. The gym was nice, however , didn’t use it. We were close to La Quinta Avenida, that was nice.
