The check in process was extremely smooth. Cold towels were a nice touch when we arrived. Process was quick and our room was upgraded. Suite was amazing. Spacious, very clean, and loaded with extras. The resort itself is impressive. Starbucks, the restaurants, and especially the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The location couldn’t be better. Close to everything.

Expedia is what can be improved not the resort! The resort was beautiful. Only 2 restaurants open out of 3! We had no notification of that… so very little choice for all inclusive. Not fair. On top of that annoyance, I was also charged extra when arrived for my child. I booked my 10year old with us as I always do. I chose the age as there is that option there when you click on child. I received confirmation email stating 2 adults and a child not infant.No age was showing in the receipt. I didn’t think much of it at the moment. So at the resort because of Expedia issue I had to pay over $1200 USD! Beware. Double check everything and call I would say. Do not rely on just email confirmation. I didn’t get much help from Expedia they covered $400 out of this whole price. This was an issue. As we had a family of 5 booking through Expedia as per my recommendation! Very very disappointed.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was overall friendly. Couple of negatives. The buffet food can get boring, not much variation in the food. The front staff was slow to attend, and we weren’t able to book rapidly . The system was down or they told us to comeback at a later time.
