An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort Our experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort was truly exceptional, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

I paid for an all inclusive: I had the paradise rooftop Ocean view suite for 5 nights 6 days. Pro’s: Hotel is nice, coffee shop matcha was delicious, restaurants were good with good service & food. The shows were cool and I enjoyed the bowling alley & arcade! Con’s: The front check-in/check-out men’s restroom had two toilets but yet only one was functional because the other was missing its toilet seat. The breakfast buffet wasn’t big enough for the hotels number of guests. The buffet staff couldn’t seem to keep the food stocked, limiting your options. There were two omelette stoves & chefs but they lost a stove and didn’t get it working the rest of the week, so having a omelette was out of the question because the omelette line was insane every day. Our roof had a leak and when it rained a puddle of water on our room floor. The best ocean view pool doesn’t have a swim up bar. You have to get out of that pool and walk away from it to your closest bar which has limited options. The tiny pool restaurant required you to wait even if there was open sitting basically you put your name down on a list and they’ll sit you down. This is the first time I’ve seen this out of all the all-inclusive Mexico resorts pool side restaurants. Common practice has always been food is laid out you grab as you please and you sit down if there’s any open spots “first come first serve” and you can load your plates take as you wish. Not here you couldn’t do that and they have limited option
