Really appreciated Juan's guidance and suggestions on excursions. And Vivian who is part of the activities personnel did a great job with her talk on turtles. However, i do think some other staff need improved training on protecting the turtles from guests who should not be using flashlights at night looking for turtles. I reported another guest for doing this and nothing was done about it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise and had an absolutely fabulous holiday from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and provided the perfect setting for a fantastic getaway.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made a difference and helped make our holiday so special.
Everything about our experience was fantastic, from the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere to the food, facilities, and overall service. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and were genuinely sad to leave.
A huge thank you to all the team at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our holiday so memorable. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday! 🌴☀️🍹

The hotel is beautiful. From the day we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. The staff was extremely attentive and always willing to provide us with helpful information.
The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. The pools were clean, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. The location was also great for the variety of activities we enjoyed with my wife.
It was my wife’s first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and she was absolutely amazed by the hotel and the level of service. We definitely recommend this resort!
We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel truly made our experience special and unforgettable.
Thank you so much, RIU, for making our anniversary celebration so wonderful!
