This was my second time. I loved it before, so I decided to take my parents and siblings here too. Too many pools to enjoy. Amazing food and staff. I was platinum and I didn't know everything we can do with it. But even tho, everything was more than perfect.

Everything was honestly fantastic until we were conned into their Premium Travel Club presentation and lied to about what it was. We were told we were being given a $1,000 gift card to return to their properties because the season was slow and business was down. They said we could sign up for a tour of the “Privilege” areas and after they showed us we get our gift card. This is not what occurred, it was a multi hour dragged on sales pitch for their “Travel Club”. Wasted our entire morning and then when we tried to simply walk out and leave, they told us if we didn’t stay, the lady who took us on the tour earlier would be in trouble. Walked out immediately and it ruined our day.

There are some hidden charges which a visitor has to pay over and above the booking amount. It would have been great if the receptionist or anybody at the guest service would have informed the visitors about it. There is less transparency and differential treatment based on a person’s colour, country and how much they spend.
