The reception staff are rude and not accommodating unless you are a native arab. Food is terrible, luke warm and most things are very watery. A lot of stale food in the evening buffet. Poor quality breakfast items. Soft drinks not included. The hotel location is good but please note you cannot enter haram from the main reception. There are many better options for a hotel is totally not worth the money.
