Northern Milan Mountain Vacations and Getaways

The staff at breakfast and front desk were fantastic. Room was clean, but very small. Typical for Europe. Great location to metro and train station. Less than 100 meters. Plenty of restaurants in area to chose from.

Perfect location for the central rail station. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and a direct tram ride (#1 or #5) to Duomo and fashion district.

Reception staff was great. Clean rooms. Nice roof top bar. Our waiter at the bar was impatient and rude.

The staff was amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay however, the carpet in the rooms were old and even had hairs in certain areas. One of our rooms had a used towel from a previous guest I am assuming behind the bathtub. Food was really good too! Please update the carpets in the rooms!!!! 15 minute drive from Lugano central.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was okay. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, we had some minor issues. We expected more from a four-star hotel, perhaps because we’re not familiar with Italian hotel practices. For example, they only provided body wash, so we had to buy our own shampoo. The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, making it difficult to sleep if you prefer a chilly room. Still water is only available on the ground floor. While they made our beds every day, they didn’t change the bed linens, which wasn’t a problem for us since we usually take a bath before bed. However, if you prefer daily bed linens, this might be an issue.

Nice rooms and Fantastic breakfast

The position is very good. Next to a mall, next to Milan, and next to Monza, where we spent the week for the F1 Grand Prix. The people were very nice and friendly. Everything was according to our expectations. Thank you!!!
