This was a basement room with an add-on kitchen. Nothing like pictured. Not very clean. Not really any waterfront view or access. Your grandma might like it.

Our stay was great! We had a small issue with the golf cart but was taken care of within hours with a follow up the following day. Great communication and house is laid out perfect and the neighborhood is perfect for walking every morning and watching the sunsets.
