Cabo Real Romantic Vacations

My family's stay was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately the service did not meet the expectations we had for this resort. For **2 of the 4 nights** we stayed, my family went to bed hungry because we were unable to get dinner at any of the restaurants. None of the restaurants accepted reservations, only waitlists. Every evening we tried to dine, we were told the wait would be **about an hour**. Traveling with **three young children**, waiting that long simply wasn't realistic. We ended up trying room service instead, but the food and overall quality were disappointing, and my children didn't enjoy it. What made the experience even more frustrating was our interaction with the concierge. An employee named **Oscar** assured me that he would help us secure a table and would contact me the following day with a confirmed dining time. After never hearing from him, I went back to the concierge desk only to find out it was his day off. There was no follow-up, no handoff to another employee, and no one seemed to know anything about the promise that had been made. To make matters worse, the staff at every restaurant we visited were consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Rather than trying to help families or offer alternatives, we felt like we were an inconvenience whenever we asked about dining. This was my children's first trip to Cabo, and we were hoping to create wonderful family memories. Instead, they left with a very negative impression. I would not recommend

This was our second visit to Marquis in less than a year and it was even better than the first time. The staff are so friendly (shout outs to Adrianna and Anna) and make you feel so at home. The vibe at the place is terrific. It's not a party place. It's chill and always clean and well maintained. The food was also excellent. From the taco station by the pools to gourmet dinners, everything was terrific. Some resorts are bigger and have more bells and whistles, but Marquis is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

The menu in the two restaurants were redundant.

Our stay at Las Ventanas was one of the best luxury experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail was flawless. The service was truly exceptional—honestly a 20/10. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We felt treated like royalty throughout our stay. The resort itself is incredibly private, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every corner of the property is immaculate, and the attention to detail is second to none. If you’re looking for true luxury, privacy, and world-class hospitality, Las Ventanas exceeds every expectation. We can’t wait to return. Special things to Samuel and Gerson our butlers for making her stay exceptional♥️

The hotel was beautiful; the room décor and beds were excellent, the views from the pools and restaurants were magnificent, and the staff was very friendly and professional. It was easy to Uber to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo where the cuisine, shopping, and nightlife were excellent. I would highly recommend the Hilton Los Cabos.
