Isle of Lismore Ski Vacations

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff is amazing. The property itself is gorgeous. Felt like we were being pampered and cared for the whole time. Had dinner at The Deck and that was wonderful also. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night. Would love to return and spend more time there.

Had a great 4 night stay at the Torrance Hotel. Very clean room, with kettle, coffee, tea, cookies. Room serviced every day if required. Delicious made to order cooked breakfast and continental buffet included with our stay. Well maintained rooms and beautiful restaurant and bar. Unfortunately on arriving back to the hotel on our last evening after being out the power was out in the hotel. Staff were amazing and assisted us in getting what we needed from our room and set us up in a taxi to go to their sister hotel, the Busby Hotel, in another town 5 miles down the road. We stayed the night there and had great service and similar breakfast the next morning. Got another taxi back to the Torrence hotel. Money was refunded for the taxis. All in all we had a wonderful stay with great service from amazing staff. Will definitely stay there again when back in East Kilbride.

Noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Ended up having to leave a night early. Due to stay 2 nights. First night myself my wife and our son never slept a wink. The people upstairs from us weee the loudest people I’ve ever heard and were banging and making noise from 10pm until 9am the next morning when we eventually left to go out. Called to reception a few times who went up to see them. Noise stopped for a short while then was back again. We did get moved the next night to a room at the other side of the hotel. However when next door tried the adjoining room door a few times when we were there are first and then when we were going to be we decided that it wasn’t worth it to risk another sleepless night so ended up having to leave a night early. Wasting money on that hotel and then another one to have to go stay at. Staff were nice but couldn’t really do much to help. Certainly wouldn’t recommend or stay again at this hotel. Very negative experience.
