I have never been more disappointed with a stay in my life. Death by a thousand papercuts. So many tiny things that add up to a very disappointing stay. Bugs, - Cobwebs along baseboards and in lamps. Not immediately noticeable but apparent as the days went by. Ants - staring the second day we discovered ants into the bathroom and across the stovetop. We ended up having to clean, mop, vacuum bugs carcasses out of the carpet and along the counter every single day. On our vacation. Any reasonable person would be irritated with that level of infestation. Leaving leftovers on the counter while we ate resulted in an abundance of ants all across the the counter, coffee maker, knife block and stove top. I have stayed and indeed lived in Cold war era military housing that had less issues. The aesthetic here is quite cute and I see how it works for people, but the infrastructure is a nightmare. Light switches are across the room from where you enter. Hope no one low sight ever stays here, it would be dangerous. The climate control was erratic at best. I have no idea how 73 felt chilly enough to need a sweater but we were drenched in sweat at 68! Frequently the temperature displayed on the thermostat didn't correlate to our experience. Opening the oven after a preheat and then subsequently for any reason meant the smoke alarm was going to sound. I stayed here for work. At this price point, I expected the basics to be handled. They were not. On a busy Friday night, a bouncer-type staff member was posted near the elevators. When I walked up to go to my own room, he ushered me away. He did not ask if I was a guest or ask to see a key. He just assumed. The only explanation I can come up with is that he took one look at me and decided I did not look like someone who could afford to stay there. I was a paying guest coming back to my room after a work day, and I was treated like I was trespassing. The front desk was no better. When I raised my concerns, staff laughed at me sarcastically. I have never been laughed at by hotel staff for asking for help, at any price. I asked repeatedly for a memory foam pillow. The staff did not understand the difference between pillow types and kept giving me wrong information. The Director of Front Office later confirmed this in writing and said the team needs training on it. I had problems with the valet service as well. Then, after I specifically asked that no one come to my room, staff came to my room late at night anyway, the night before an early departure. I got very little sleep. I would have rested better at a $100-a-night hotel. After the stay, I asked for a manager to call me. Three days went by and no one called. When I finally got an email, it repeated my complaints back to me, apologized, and then declined a refund because I booked through a third party. It

Súper bonito , cómodo y padrísima decoración, las chicas del lobby súper amables y muy buena atención. Solo pensé que todas las habitaciones tenían lavadora/secadora , pero no, solo las habitaciones grandes las tienen. Las salas para estar y el café súper bonitos. Estacionamiento techado incluido y todo muy bonito. Me volveré a quedar ahí porque la ubicación está muy bien en south congress y en la universidad st Edwards y restaurantes y tiendas cerca

Amazing hotel, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the interiors are very nice, the staff was very friendly and kind.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece! La casa es solamente el lobby, los cuartos están detrás y entras directo por el estacionamiento. Mal servicio y muy poco personal

Muy buen hotel, excelente unicacion, estuve por un diplomado durante 4 dias, muy buena atencion

This rental was very clean, modern and truly felt like I was at home. The rental is convenient to local restaurants and groceries. I was very impressed with all the modern features along with a game room for my son. Highly recommend as a comfortable home to stay in when visiting Cedar Park or Austin.
