"We liked EVERYTHING about this hotel. Our room was just steps away from the beautiful hot tubs and fire pits on the roof with a mountain view. The Roam bus stop was just across the street, and the hotel gave us day passes."

Loved the view and staff was very nice. Improvement area: It would be more convenient if the gondola was open until 9:00pm. Closing at six makes it impossible to have dinner in Banff. However, shuffle service was good, just had wait 15 minutes.

Most of the employees are young and from different countries. Very friendly and enjoyed talking to each one of them . Even the gondola employees always spoke to us and asked about our day.
