“Ya que había reservado leí comentarios muy negativos con respecto al hotel así es que mis expectativas eran muy bajas pero debo decir que al menos mi habitación estaba muy limpia, amplia, bien mantenida, una vista hermosa, todo en cuanto a la habitación estuvo muy bueno! Por otro lado es verdad que la alfombra de pasillos y áreas comunes le vendría bien un cambio y el waterpark, al menos el hot tub podrían darle una mejorada, el baño del waterpark si podrían mejorar mucho las áreas. También...

“Everything was fine. Staff were excellent. Only minor thing was the shower head was not great. Needs more water pressure or a new shower head. ”

“Accommodations were great and staff were prompt in providing additional blankets. Nice and close to Banff.Only minor gripe was the underground parking was full when we arrived and I had to park several streets over (which took time to find a spot). Not ideal after a flight to Calgary and a drive to Banff.”

“The person that checked us in tried to sell us a ticket up the gondola even though the visibility was terrible. It felt like they were working on commission. The room was nice, but it is an aging facility. The toilet required a handle jiggle to stop it running. The TV didn't work. Pizza boxes and cleaning supplies were left in the hallway. One of the staircases had a broken light on the floor.”

“Great place, good Amenities, convenient in town location. The daily coffee service and house keeping was great. I would recommend this place if you want to stay in town. ”

“Close to advertised. There room could use some minor repairs. Floor tile is aging, tile base missing in bathroom, shower door gasket torn, front door threshold weather stripping torn, and dishwasher base not attached. Room could go from ok to great with just a few minor repairs.”

“Room was okay. Tub didn’t drain efficiently so about five minutes into the shower we were standing in about 4 inches of water.”
