"Went on a girls trip with my friends for my birthday and this hotel is so amazing! It’s location is perfect and the staff are so sweet, they let us check in early as our room was ready and the room was so clean and the beds were so comfortable as well! The parking was also only 10 dollars per day which was a great price considering we were in Banff. I went with two of my friends and there were only two robes in the room (standard) and we asked for another one, and the staff wasted no time to give us a third. In the time that it took us to get to the room from the lobby, someone already came to drop off the robe to our room! We also asked for a later check out time and they let us check out an hour later than we were supposed to wish was a blessing. The restaurant Brazen that was also in the hotel was absolutely amazing! The food was outstanding quality and the service as well! I cannot wait to come back again! "
