"I found the hotel to be of a good standard in a Fabulous location. Everything is walkable from the hotel and the underground parking is great. Hotel is currently being renovated which lead to the 4 instead of 5 stars for cleanliness as it's getting a lot of work. Pool hot tub steam rooms all great.i would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely loved our 2 night stay! Rooms are comfortable, location is excellent and we loved the lobby with a huge crackling fire! Perfect place to read a book, on their comfy leather couch! We used the hot tub early both mornings before it got busy and it was beautiful and peaceful watching the sun rise. My only negative comment, is that the rooms have no full length mirror, and I'm a girl who likes to check my outfit! Also, some bottled water in the room would be nice."

"This is my third time staying here, and I loved it just as much as the first time. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and the beds are great. The communal hot tub with jets + sauna is excellent after a long hike in the mountains. They don’t have a free breakfast included, but they make up for it with the complimentary Roam bus passes. All in all, very happy with what we get in exchange for the price. Looking forward to coming back again."

"Benefits and discounts on restaurant, bus, and museum. Area is nearby banff downtown. And very accessible. Room is small but clean and cozy. Suggestion: slippers inside the room because the floor is tiled and a little cold with bare foot. Ty"
