Had a great time at Sam’s Town , staff and crew were amazing and friendly. Always experience the best Customer Service in Shreveport/Bossier and surrounding areas. Room could have been a little cleaner, but overall the stay was wonderful.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Had a room overlooking the river with a nice view. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a small resort fee but loved not having to pay for parking along with this. Enjoyed our stay at Sam’s town. Affordable and pleasant hotel!

The room was clean and comfy. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Park on the 3rd floor, you’ll have easy access to the pedestrian bridge to inside the building (if you’re not doing valet).

The whole hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't any real breakfast, but there was some quick breakfast options in the coffee shop 😋
