We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

First Class treatment.

The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!

The location was right on the canal but in a quiet part which was nice to get away from the crowds. The staff was wonderful, helpful. Breakfast was incredible and the room was perfect with nice bedding and bath towels. Would definitely recommend a stay.

We arrived by taxi, and with the help of a porter, arrived easily to the hotel which was very close to the train station. We had a wonderful host helping us check in , they brought our bags to the room, and guided us the room and showed us how to use the key. Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Great place, super clean and amazing staff!

This is a charming hotel. It is in a great location near shops and restaurants. On the other hand there is no “traffic” noise because it is located on a a small alley. My inability to speak Italian was not a problem.

This is a luxury, modern hotel at moderate prices. The location is perfect. There is a rooftop bar that is amazing. The staff was very professional. Highly recommended

Grazie Mille Hotel Orologio! Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived very early and they held our bags while we went sightseeing. The breakfast buffet has ample options in addition to having fresh juices and delicious cappuccino. I would definitely stay here again.
