We found the staff to be polite, courteous, friendly & helpful. The spa was lovely to relax in for a couple of hours. We upgraded our room to a premium room. It was recently refurbished, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. The shower was excellent, no bath. We will definitely stay again."
