The hotel is clean, staff is awesome, close to everything, you can shuttle or troly from the hotel entrance, great restaurants within walking distance. Very good breakfast and great hapopy hour on some afternoons. Staff goes out of their way to make you fell comfortable.
Only one minor flaw, low water pressure in shower and drain was slow in the bath tub.
Other than that, try it and you will be impresed.

I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is a little tired on the outside. However, our room was clean, quiet and the beds were amazing. The hot/cold breakfast has a great selection of food to choose from. The TV was big enough and had more than enough channels. The hotel staff were very pleasant and the General Manager was very helpful and always around should you had any problems. You could tell he and his staff were invested in the customer stay. Will definitely return.

We stayed in this hotel for a night during a layover at DFW instead of crashing on the airport floor. When we landed in Dallas and called the hotel for the free shuttle, the front desk person was very patient and helpful when I was struggling to find which gate I was at (the airport was very low staffed when we arrived). Friendly and FAST check in service and organized shuttle service. We made our 6am flight the next morning no problem, though we were too early for the complimentary breakfast.

My wife and I took our 4 year old son and 3 year old daughter for a "staycation" at the Ramada Dallas North.
We booked through Expedia to get the best rates. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly greeted and had my room key in hand in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very organized and eager to help.
Our room was very clean and actually a lot nicer than I would have expected. Cleanliness was especially important for us, having young children.
I noticed that one of our lamps was missing a light bulb, so I called the front desk, and requested a new light bulb. Simple enough, right? Well, it turns out the previous light bulb had shattered inside the lamp, and the light bulb casing (the metal cylinder part) was still stuck in the housing socket. I called the front desk again and explained. No big deal. I was worried we would have to wait a long time, but the maintenance tech arrived within 5 minutes of my phone call. He used his pliers to unfasten the metal cylinder and provided us with a brand new light bulb.
I know it's a little thing, but that speedy and friendly (he even chatted with my kids!) service left a lasting impression on us. Now that is what I call customer service!!
The young lady at the front desk (I didn't catch her name) was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. It was nice to see someone take pride in their job.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
