"Loved our stay here while visiting London! Nice quiet area where we could relax but very easy to access the underground to get everywhere. Hotel overall was very nice just a few minor cosmetic issues here and there that could be addressed but didn't detract from our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Staff was also amazing in arranging is a ride in the morning back to Heathrow. "

We booked a cosy room which, although quite small, was perfect big enough & had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy!! My only slight criticism is the shower leaked but not too bad to put me off so if we’re ever in London and need an overnight in Kensington I would have no hesitation to book again!"

I felt like I was having high-tea in an art museum while partaking in the library. It was wonderful! The Penhaligon's toiletries were a delight. "The Marriott in Kensington has the best location. It is very close to the Earl’s Court train station. The hotel has a great breakfast and the staff is incredibly helpful. Ash was amazing. He planned our whole itinerary while staying in London. I will definitely go back to that Marriott!!!"

"The hotel is nice, but hallway smells dour to humidity. The hotel is not very flexible when I asked for late checkout. I asked for 11/2 hours, but they only allowed an hour. Rule is important, but flexibility is as important. It is the last impression the guests get."

"Great hotel, pefect location. The 2 bedroom suite was exactly what we needed it. Breakfast was good but they ran out of cutlery and some food several times. I called the front desk for a set of sheets for the pull out sofa and they said it was going to $10 a day and I said nevermind. They checked and saw that I was an rewards member and decided not to charge me for them. That was the only questionable issue. Over all a great stay!!"

Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus.
