Pros: The location was good.
Cons: The service was pathetic,.
I took 2 rooms at this hotel as it was billed to be one of the best hotels in Ajmer. What a total disappointment. Looks wise, the hotel was fine. Aesthetically pleasing, situated on a little hilltop, with a view of either the garden or lake, all was ok. It was the rooms that turned us off. The beds were lumpy, at best. The mattresses sorely need replacement. The a/c worked only as it wanted - we really could not control it. The toilet backed up - we called for service, they came, said it was fixed. The next time we tried, it backed up again. Finally when we raised a big fuss, they fixed it. The shower leaked water into the main bathroom area making it all wet. Hot water came only after leaving the taps on for 5-10 mins. We called for room service and were told that since they had a buffet for dinner, there would be no room service. Only when we spoke to hotel manager were we offered room service (all we wanted was some icecream for kids!). They had a banquet on in the garden and the loud music kept the kids and us awake until midnight. Certainly not a place to have a banquet where guestrooms overlook/overhear the area. Overall, a poor experience and NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED to anyone.

Ok for a night...

...but is overall in a not very good condition. Rooms and restaurant are really run down. Service was good but breakfast didn't convince us at all

camera raffinata ed enorme con vista sul lago. L'hotel si trova su una collinetta con panorama su tutta la città. Personale molto cordiale.
