Location: In residential area, away from hustle and bustle of city center, which I liked
Drywall panels and broken windows in hallways; bed poorly made; pillows/pillow cases stained; soap scum/hair in tub; no toilet paper; clock did not work; exterior door not secured

We stayed for a night and it was ok for the price but there was food wrappers under our bed and Che reception spent 10 minutes just checking us in.

This hotel perfectly located in downtown Brainerd

Pros: I liked the quietness and the size of the rooms!
Cons: Remodel the interior! Naw my stay was beyond 100% fulfilling and satisfying, I will definitely stay here again.
Location: Location was JUST outside of downtown Brainerd, and very near the local Community College. Many lakes to go paly in!
Very quiet hotel, clean, and comforting. I very much enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near downtown Brainerd on a budget. I loved the staff who were more than helpful, and breakfast was included with my stay! Very clean rooms, large in size including the bathrooms.

Started off fine, went horrible. Was told I could reserve the room one card, then charge it to another in the morning. Manager in the morning said she couldn't. It would mess up her paperwork. I'm sorry for an inconvenience when I'm paying you for service. I was also charged two times, for this stay, different amounts. Manager and her sisters five kids roam the property, they live on site. Room was clean, WiFi fine, breakfast was pretty dismal.

What a dump. The place smelled awful. Dead bugs on the window sill. Furniture broken drawer fronts missing on dressers. Cobwebs hanging from the ceilings. Stayed at the Rodeway Inn the next night much better.

Room smelled very musty, did not smell very clean. Over priced for condition of room. No staff visible, had to call from front desk to be waited on! 2:00 pm.

There had been high humidity in the area for several days prior to our stay. The AC was not on in the room so the carpet and bedding were damp feeling. Everything was clean, but it would have been a better stay is the AC in rooms that were reserved had been to help keep the humidity down in the room.
