Place was OK, but charged more than the quality of the room warranted.

Hotel is located underneath multiple subway linesPosted Feb 27, 2015
Pros: I really didn't like the hotel at all ...you get what you pay for.
It's incredibly noisy in the rooms - for what seems like all night long. It's impossible to get a cab to stop here. It's the same almost everywhere in the Bronx.

Hotel was dirty have stayed there before just because of location. But room was nasty smoking room smelled of smoke ashes in the drawers and in bathroom behind the door.Asked to have trash removed from room never happened. Most likely will never stay there again. So much worst then the last stay there.

Hotel stayPosted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Very spacious rooms.
Cons: Maybe larger TV would accommodate the room. Filling vending machines with food/snacks could help.
Location: Plenty of department stores around the area.
Good experience at Howard Johnson, but was a bit disappointed when trying to make some coffee and coffee maker was broken or not working correctly.

Facility is in need of updating.Posted Jan 8, 2015
Pros: Bathroom room was clean, WI-fi was reliable and off street parking was available. The room rate was reasonable for the accommodations.
Cons: Greater care to ensure clean bedding and regular cleaning of rugs, especially in guest rooms.
Location: Location is convenient to major expressways and highways and not too far from the zoo and botanical gardens.
This was a last minute stay. Was surprised to find that the hotel was not smoke free and the smell of smoke was the first thing that I noticed upon arriving. Was in a non-smoking 2 queen bed room, although the room was non-smoking both bedspreads had cigarette burn holes in them. There were also human and animal hairs on the sheets of both beds. Carpets throughout are old worn and dirty.

Close to the subwayPosted Jan 8, 2015
The train station is just by 3 or 5 min walking. Has a small shopping like 10 min walking tho. It is very nice. The only things is that the train pass by and the noise that produce is to much. Besides that. I'll recommend this place for a quick Bronx stopping!

Don't even think about itPosted Dec 29, 2014
Its not worth your money! The room was completely DISCUSTING... Carpet, walls, ceiling, everything was awful (bad shape, dirty).. The bed had a broken side, chair had a broken arm, bathroom smelled like pee, heater was far to noisy. The car would have been a better place to sleep.

Bon HotelPosted Dec 17, 2014
Hotel à proximité du métro, ce qui est un peu pénible pour le bruit. Mise à part cela le personnel est sympa et les chambres sont faite tout les jours.
