“nice clean hotel”

the hotel was clean. not much of a breakfast but staff was helpful.

Went on this trip thinking the hotel was going to be horrible having a one and half star rating. Turns out the hotel was always kept clean, big spacious rooms and you really didnt hear the train at night. Would recommend it to anyone that wants to stay around this area.

Very large, spotless rooms in a new building. One block from 2-train connecting you anywhere in New York. Friendly, courteous staff. Lots of parking. Bulletproof glass in the lobby. No elevator.

“Totally worth it for the price”

Not a great neighborhood, but then again the Bronx Zoo is within walking distance, and so is the subway. And for the price, you get a safe place with an OK breakfast and a super nice management team. Totally worth it.

within a block of the subway to get into NYC, a $15 cab ride to Yankee Stadium, nothing fancy but for the area wasn't bad

“good deal for the price”

The hotel was clean and in good repair. It was just a few hundred yards from the number 2 subway, so it was very convenient. There was free parking (although there were only a few spaces). The room was clean and the area is decent for the Bronx. The only drawback that I found was that the subway going over the building every few minutes was very loud at night.

Decent hotel for the area. You have to remember it's in the Bronx and not the greatest neighborhood in the world however the building was fairly new, clean well lit plenty of parking and most important allot of security. there are cameras every where. I plan on staying there again

Close to train, cheap, and more than adequate.
