not greatPosted Oct 8, 2014
Rooms are pretty clean. Night staff is absolutely HORRIBLE, so rude and unprofessional. Will never stay here again because of the overnight office worker. check-in guy and housekeeper were nice but lobby smells like mothballs so have no idea who could possibly eat breakfast in there without losing their appetite. Get an airfreshener and paint or something, why does it smell so bad?!

Nice hotel for the moneyPosted Oct 4, 2014
Clean rooms, close to things and a great price. Only complaint was TV pic wasn't great but didn't notice until next morning. So didn't complain. Would stay there again.

When we got there we unfortunately couldnt get extra blankets. the bathroom wasnt super clean, but hardly a mess. just a few cobwebs and a slight odor. Cant complain about anything else. they even granted us an extra hour for a late check out

Close to Shopping/EatingPosted Aug 20, 2014
Cons: Exterior was terrible.
Location: Outlet mall was just down the street if you don't mind crowds and bus loads of people coming up from the city. There were plenty of eating options.
But that's where the good part ends. Dirty stairwells to the upper floors, stinking garbage cans outside the entry to stairwells. Better breakfast across the street at the gas station. Rooms were "updated" but very poorly. WIFI had poor connection. Can't believe this cost $100 a night. Only stayed because there were no other hotels available as it was Acceptance day at West Point.

Walking distance Woodbury CommonsPosted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: The two chambermaids who still works despite their ages.
Cons: Do the plumbing of the hotel. Get more people to do the cleaning of the hotel. Changes the appliances of the hotel and put coffee makers .
Location: Location is good. everything is around there like the outlet, Walmart, TJ Max, BJ's, Applebees etc....
The hotel needs remodeling itself Outside looks nice but when you get in the rooms, it is disgusting. They need more staff to handle the cleaning of the rooms. There are only 2 old people who are responsible cleaning the whole hotel. And one person in the reception who watches you like a hawk while you are taking the breakfast which consist of bread and boiled eggs. The orange juice is typically came out of the can. There is no coffee maker in the rooms. But if you want to drink coffee, you have to go to the office to buy their coffee for $1. Microwave is very old and outdated so is the fridge. The toilet does not flush properly. I will NEVER NEVER USE THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN11111

It was adequate. The comfort of the bed and the bedding could be improved. Otherwise is served our purpose.
