We were there for sons graduation from basic training in the Navy. Breakfast buffet was good, they didn't run out of any food. Pool was nice not cold at all. The place kind of smelled walking from our room to the pool, and the door to go in closest to our room did not have a handle they rigged some washers on a bolt, hard to grip and open door. Twice had to have key rekeyed to use to open room door. Our room was fine, beds comfortable, and air conditioner worked great. Customer service was great.

Very close to Six Flags

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Proximity to Six Flags. Indoor pool.
Cons: Updated hallways.
Location: Six Flags and plenty of shopping.
Room was clean. Hotel was dated. Very close to Six Flags. Breakfast was the usual and good. We got pizza delivered from a local place named Jimanos that the front desk clerk recommended and it was awesome! I would stay at this Ramada again.

Navy graduation

If you are going to attend the naval graduation ceremony this is a great place to stay. Hotel is very close to base, and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The hotel and restaurant are very good to navy families

Just ok!!

Besides the restaurant, everything else was OK!! The restaurant fry everything instead grilling, on the menu says grilled but the amount of grease on the plate was a lot to be grilled .

2 day stay

Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: location, lobby looked nice
Cons: Customer service, room service. Management to communicate with customers
Location: restaurants
The room was not clean upon arrival, had a damp musky smell, we asked several times and still no room service. We did not receive any room service the entire time. We were provided floor mats as towels both days as they reported they ran out of towels. Air conditioner unit had black and green stuff in the vents. The carpet on the floor was dirty, had not been vacuumed; sheets were not clean, we found hairs and crumbs. Dirty towels were on the bathroom floor, counter tops had not been cleaned. Continental breakfast was not as described.

Location: Six flags, and many restaurants.
Not bad price and close to town. Staff was friendly and have shuttle to park and complimentary breakfast was good.

The one room smelled strongly of urine as soon as we opened the door and the other room had a pin/screw that came out and had to be reinserted before we could open the door. A kindle was lost and were told it had not be found as far as they knew and to check in at the end of the day or tomorrow but we are from out of state.

If You're Looking for a Cheap Stay...

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: I liked that it was close to 6 Flags
Cons: The cleanliness of the building, updated to not look so run down
The price was great for being a hotel so close to 6 Flags, but that's about the only good thing I enjoyed from my stay. As you walk in, the hotel lobby looks very nice...but as you turn the corner to walk down the hallway...the rest of the hotel doesn't look as nice. In our room, there were stains on a towel and on one of the bed's sheets. Though our room wasn't directly near the pool area, we could hear everything from that to our neighbors through the thin walls. The building is old and understandable for how the room looked, but it just didn't feel clean one bit. I was almost glad that no one asked how my stay was when we checked out.
