Good Mexican Restaurant in the front.

This hotel is kind of run down. I think it really needs to be renovated. Towels in the bathroom are the size of hand towels not actual shower towels... Paid like $75 for a room and got ripped off. Should have cost no more than $20 per night. At least I wouldn't pay more than $20 per night. There are holes in the bed sheets and walls. Spend the extra $15 and stay at the double tree half a mile down the road.

Terrible experience. Terrible housekeeping.

They gave my fiancée and I 1 mini towel and 1 regular towel, there were no cups for the coffee maker, half of the lights in our room didn't work, there were stains on our sheets and pillow cases, there were burnholes in our comforter, and the parking area wasn't plowed. Not recommended at all.

A fair enough hotel to stay

Location of the hotel is somehow difficult to find since gps brought us to somewhere else. I would say it is okay to just to sleep only a night.

The pillows were three different sizes like above diagram two of the pillow cases had holes as well as the top sheet. The room and halls smelled of smoke.

Never!

Pictures were deceiving! From the moment we walked through the doors knew that this was not going to be good! Walked in the room and walked right back out! Wouldn't bathe my dog in that shower! Would have rather slept in the car. We went elsewhere!

Its what you pay for

So i needed a place to crash. The hotels downtown were all booked or over $250 per night. So decided to stay here and avail of taxi service instead and worked out cheaper overall. The cab driver from airport wanted to wait for me to make sure i was in the right place which was funny. So checked in and got on the grungy elevater to my grungy room. Two small hand towels was all that was in bathroom. There was no hairdryer no coffee maker but coffee was there. No key for the safe no iron and no phone a clock that was broken and no remote for the tv. In saying all this i did not complain to the desk as would have been to much trouble and it was not of great concern to me. I did not tryout their breakfast in lobby if it exsisted at all There was a nice mexican resturant bar next to it. So when the next cab driver asked me about the place i said its a cheap place for a guy to crash in but do do bring a women or significant other into the place if you want the relationship to last. It served my needs and i had a great time in cleveland.

get what you pay for.....

Pros: the nice lady at the desk on check in
Cons: new pillows and new mattresses-
Location: not able to check that out as we had a busy schedule
this hotel had a nice lady working the desk the night we checked in. that is about all I can say that I enjoyed about my stay. you get what you pay for and this was a cheap place. do not go to the Mexican place next door-the desk recommended it and we left without eating our food!
