great spot in Daintree Village

Posted Aug 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Daintree Riverview is a very comfortable place to spend a few days while experiencing all that Daintree has to offer. There are kitchen facilities if you want to make your own meals, or visit the restaurant right across the road. The river with boat tours to see the crocodiles and birds is just a few steps in the opposite direction. Go to sleep to the sound of tree frogs, and wake to sounds of parrots in the morning. Great spot if you're visiting the Daintree area.

Enjoy the view

Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: The room itself was excellent, but I am most of all excited about the veranda.
This location is used as a camping for a small number of guests, but the rooms have some extra's. The guests to the rooms can make use of a large lounge veranda with cooking facilities and an exceptional view over the river.

etwas angejahrte Zimmer, tolle Terrasse/Küche

Posted Jul 26, 2014 on Hotels.com

Nice view, handy to jetty

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: the view, close location to jetty and general store
Cons: NEW PILLOWS!
Location: take a tour on the daintree from the jetty.. just out of town are a couple more tour operaters that will take you on the upper reaches of the river
This was my second visit to Daintree Riverview Lodges.. the first was just over two years ago and I think they are still using the same pillows :( and the rooms are quite dated Beds were comfy, room clean and had sufficient plugs to charge phones and camera batteries etc., Its just a stones throw from the general store and cafe so once you are there you can just leave you car and walk around. The outdoor kitchen is well set out and handy to use. The only downside was the pillows.. mine was foam and super soft.. my sisters was lumpy... they made for a very poor nights sleep.

Lovely little place in Daintree Village. Affordable, laid back accommodation with staff that go the extra mile.

风景一流

这个Lodge型的酒店住宿条件一般,但很干净; 最好的是周边的风景和给力的公共厨房. 就在Daintree边上,看夕阳很美.

Location, location!

Good location and friendly service, perched overlooking the Daintree River. The units are from a different era but clean, comfortable and good value. We saw a croc from the big elevated veranda outside our room!

Pragtfuld beliggenhed

Posted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotellet ligger pragtfuldt med en skøn udsigt fra den overdækkede veranda. På denne er der et lille udekøkken, som man frit kan benytte. Værelserne er beskedne, men rene. Afslappet atmosfære.

Location was great, but not premium

Posted Aug 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
We paid for a premium room, but the room and facilities were less than premium. No tea making facilities in the room, TV, toiletries or washer. The room was small.Great shared outdoor space for unit rooms, but these were taken over by campers who appeared to be regular users of this space, ignoring the signs that said "Lodge residents only" Smoking allowed in this area which affected non-smokers trying to eat. Had to ask for bowls to prepare breakfast and the communal tea towels were wet with insufficient available for the number of guests. Would not be as disappointed if we had not have paid a premium price.

Kun krokodiller ..

Der er ikke meget at se I Daintree bortset fra croc-cruise, og en tur med Peter I hans 8x8 offroad Argo. Ingen mad at få efter kl 18.30 og før 9 am.
