Not worth it

Dirty. Friendly staff but not run well. The hotel had a weird smell and was in need of upgrade.

Old and Tired

Just there for a few days to visit family. Motel was clean but in bad need of an update. I wore shoes at all times. Towels were thin and small. Hot tub was closed for repair during the entire week long visit. Just appeared old and rundown.

Disappointing experience

When I checked in the clerk only understood basic English. The key to my door would not work and another guest walking by commented to me that the keys seldom work correctly. When I returned to the elevator and it was slow another guest in the elevator commented that I needed to wait until the elevator starting jumping. The second day of my visit the dorr key had to again be replaced. The quality of the picture on the tv was horrible most likely as a result of how old it was. There were two remotes for the tv. One worked for on/off the other for changing channels. Or, at least until I was ready to leave when neither remote whould turn off the tv. l also had problems with breathing and skin itching when in bed making me concerned that there was something in the room I was allergic too. Typically I have this experience around mold although there was no visiable sign of such.. I have stayed at many Quality Inns but I will never stay at this one again.

Hotel was OK. Staff was friendly but overall conditions were average to below average. Needs to be updated. Two stars for location and staff.
