Pros: nothing
We arrived late at night and were given a room key to a door that would not work so they had to give us another room (the suite), there were permanent residents staying in the rooms next to us. The sheets were yellow from stains and the room smelled as though it had not been open in months. We were only there to sleep and drive the rest of the way to nashville or we would have left. we slept in our clothes and pulled the dresser in front of the door. Would NOT ever stay here again. The lady at the front desk was nice but the hotel is bad!!

Neglected Property

Posted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: It was convenient to I-40 and the lobby was pleasant.
Cons: Repair things like missing toilet spindle. Replace sheets with cigarette burns. Provide a blanket. Leave a full roll of toilet paper.Replace carpet.
Location: There was a Pilot with a Denny's that was very dirty and uncared for like the hotel. I did not see any attractions. Liquor store next door.
This property was very neglected, old and outdated. The Desk clerk was nice and tried to be helpful but not well trained and experiencing issues with the equipment, so could not find my paperwork. The room was old with very thin worn carpet, air conditioning was inadequate for the size of room, there were cigarette burns in the sheets and cobwebs in next to the nightstand. The entire property was in disrepair - the pool had not been able to be opened and there were signs of people living full time in some of the rooms.

Cheap, but hey, it's just a one night stay.

Pros: Comfy bed, could check in anytime in the night
Cons: Toilet was clogged, room smelled
Location: Easy to find, right off the freeway
The room was clean and inexpensive, which is basically all we needed, so I can't complain much, but there were a few downers that I noticed. We had a non-smoking room, but it had a smell (gross), and the toilet was clogged (bummer). In case you're wondering, the smell was not of sewage, so the two aren't related. There was a refrigerator and microwave, which I always like in a hotel room, though I didn't use them this time. There was also a tv, but all we got were several "snow channels". There was a complimentary breakfast, your choice of raisin bran, cheerios, or waffles that you cooked yourself (the batter was made for you, though). The bed was very firm, which I loved, but I know a lot of people prefer very soft and fluffy mattresses.

Nice but overpriced

Someone had turned off the air conditioner and it was sweltering when we walked in. They only have 12 TV channels and none of them came in very clear. The pictures show a pool, but we were told they weren't opening it this year. My34 year old grandson was very disappointed to say the least. Free breakfast consisted of 2 kinds of cereal, make your own waffles, coffee, and milk. It was right off of the exit, but the only resaurant was a Denny's, the next closest food was 10 miles up the interstate. The hotel was nice, but overpriced for the ammenities.
