Not good, I was getting in and saw a couple coming out complaining on the service not a good start, when i checked out I forgot some items in the fridge and I called like 5 minutes after and they told me everything was already trash. I would recommend this hotel to any one.

Dont waste your moneyPosted Aug 10, 2014
The pictures look way better than what it looks like in person. There was crabs in our room. The toilet wouldn't work half the time. A night or two is bearable. Anything longer I would not recommend.

Economical but needs fixing upPosted Jul 29, 2014
If you are the type of person that has a good time regardless of the situation then you can handle this place. It's old, not well kept but it's ok. Don't expect it to be an exclusive hotel, remember its a motel. It's ok if you are on a budget. I had a great time and it's located near great restaurants.

Good for one night maybePosted Jul 27, 2014
Was disappointed overall. Our first room was dirty, smelled moldy, and the cabinets were falling off the wall. The grounds were strewn with some kind of rotting fruit that had fallen off the trees and were allowed to ferment in the sun. We had to walk through all that to get to our room. We were moved to Yellowtail, another property, which was somewhat better. Wifi didn't work there. Great location, if they put a little work into it it would be nice.
Pictures are deceiving...Posted Jun 18, 2014
We booked our room seeing the pictures that the nice lady over the phone guided me through. The resort looked too good to be true. My dad always told me that most things that were too good to be true weren't true. This place sucked. Without the help of the the nice staff of the resort the stay would have been horrible. They moved us into a nicer room in a sister resort nearby. Our vacation turned out to be very nice despite the large amounts of seaweed on the beaches. The resort was run down, but worth the price if you are only staying there to sleep.

So far the worst experience I've ever had...Posted Jun 16, 2014
It was a nighmare we had big hopes in our vacations and it was a big desappointment because of the resort conditions....everything very old...broken stuff, durty sheets...a disaster...and we even had to improve to a bigger room because nothing was like it showed on the pictures....we ended up paying over $ 200 dollars a night because we couldn't even get our money back right away...it was a dissaster...very dissapointed and upset.

Need Cheap, clean and no frills?Posted May 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were just passing through for one night and didn't want to pay a lot for amenities we would not use. Only required Wifi which they had. Took an act of congress to get connected though. Clean room, verrrry small, worst bed ever feeling every spring. Had a kitchenette which we did not cook. NIce outside rustic atmosphere, small pool and beach and a covered deck all Oceanside. Met other guests who were very nice. Felt safe all around. Not sure we would stay again due to the uncomfortable bed. If they would change that then we would stay again. Front desk clerk very nice and helpful.

The worst ever.Posted May 20, 2014
I had to cancel this road motel at the moment I got there, the place looks like abandoned, there was dirt and trash a lot of outside the rooms and all around , it smells horrible. I can't even find the words for such a disaster. Im definitely reporting this place to the right department.

Hey, is a two star hotel!Posted May 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
this is not a fancy hotel and is expensive compared with a similar hotel in the mainland but is standard for the kind of accommodations that you can find in the Keys when you are in a hurry.the rooms are rustic with very old appliances but everything worked. I used the hotel only as a base from where I could go to any where in the Keys. Key Largo and Key west were at the same distance from the hotel. Also there where several attractions and restaurants near. I recommend the small eatery just beside the hotel Location, location, location.
