I was in a bind, and this place got me out of it.

Pros: Pool area looked nice Lots of close by stores and fast food.
Cons: air-conditioning
Old Motel, actually the first motel in the area is their claim. The place was adequate. but I would stay someplace better for the same $ next time by booking ahead of time

Front desk very rud!!! A lot of noise because the road is in front hotel !!

This guest disregarded the hotel policies concerning no glass bottles allowed on swimming pool deck and had to be told multiple times.

older hotel needs some updating, the mattress was hard and lumpy. Could really be a nice place with a little work, great location.

Location good but needs TLC

The location of the hotel is excellent for surrounding activities and restaurants. However, the facilty needs some TLC and DIY projects to update it. The GPS does not have the location correct since it has been there so long which is no big deal. The breakfast is very nice and so are the staff; however, it would benefit from a remodel. Will keep looking for just the right old FL place with good location in the upper/middle keys and nice amenities.

Hotel was fine. A little out of date but the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and yes very adamant about the smoking policy, which I can understand. If all you need is a bed and a shower, this will be a good place.

No room service

We left our room around noon and when we came back they has not serviced the room. Hotel look old and dirty. For the price paid it was a waste of money. Definitely I won't stay there Again

This guest put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door all day. Our housekeepers honor all guest requests and will not enter a room with the sign on the door. We clean all rooms daily and offered this guest fresh towels, etc. Wife complained, husband acknowledged he put the Do Not Disturb on the door.

Rude and dirty

Starting with the good. Nice pool, fast fast internet and a bar. The bad I could have maybe lived with if the staff wasn't so rude. The bathroom was so gross. Splatters of something all over the tiles and the floor looked dirtier than a frat house. The beds and bedding while clean looked like they hadn't been replaced in 30 years

Our property is clean, safe and fully functional. This is a case were a guest was not happy with our strict no smoking policy. When a guest admits to being a smoker, we explain our strict policy of no smoking and this upsets many people. We offer alternative accomodations, etc. but some people feel insulted that they can not smoke on our property.
