Junky motel, but cheap.

Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Refrigerator and microwave.
Cons: Floor could be carpeted for greater comfort. A counter could be installed in the bathroom to hold toiletries.
The first thing I noticed was the gap under the front door where icy cold air was blowing in. I covered it with the pillows from the bed, and that helped. Also I wanted to soak in the bathtub after a long drive, but there was no plug, so I took a shower instead.

Old. Very dirty carpets. Reeks like stale smoke. Bedding ancient.

Outside and inside a room look nice but we got a room on 1st floor and we could hear people who stayed upstairs walked inside their room.

Night Stay

Posted Oct 9, 2014
We just needed a place to sleep in traveling. We arrived late at night and left early the next morning. I made reservations and the check in was done very quick. The room was clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a very good deal. We basically just needed a room to sleep.

Great Value!

Posted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Location to Fort Collins was excellent; only a few minutes from downtown, the price was an exceptional value, and the employees were helpful and kind.
Cons: Lighting in the room was dim. No coffee pot in room.
Location: Charming Fort Collins has a lot of fun amenities including restaurants, shops and breweries. Colorado State University is only 10 minutes away.
Though this was a no frills place to stay, it served us well during a recent college visit. It was only 10 minutes from campus and had everything we needed for a quick and comfortable visit. The small refrigerator and microwave came in handy with leftovers and the staff was nice enough to print our boarding passes for our flight home. If you don't need luxury but want a clean, safe and comfortable stay at an affordable price, this is a great choice in Fort Collins!!!

Ok for the price

Pros: Layout of the room, the cable tv, the microwave, sitting table and fridge was great.
Cons: The smell of the room and the shower tile had holes between the grout- large ones about 1/2 inch.
Location: Great location to great shops in Fort Collins
Stayed overnight, arrived and checked in- the hotel staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. The room itself was a nice layout and clean. But the room smelled like smoke, so bad that even when coming home- all of my luggage and clothing smelled like smoke. The room was a non-smoking room. Disappointed about the smell.

Pros: Price
Cons: Smell/Cleanliness
When we checked in, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. We told the front desk and they put in a very small portable ionizer that they said would fix it within the hour. When we returned a couple hours later, it was better, but still smelled and just covering up the issue didn't give us a sense of cleanliness that we needed to sleep well. We found other arrangements.

Loud and smelly

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: No problems registering through expedia
Cons: Sound proofing, general upkeep of rooms
Location: Right next to a gas station but other than that there isn't much around.
We picked this hotel because it is one of the cheaper hotels available in the Fort Collins area and we were trying to save money. Immediately upon arriving we noticed boxes and bicycles outside a number of rooms indicating that there may be a number of semi-permanent residents. When we entered our no smoking room there was someone sitting right beside the door smoking a cigarette and when we went in the room it smelled like a very unclean room mixed with a ton of smoke. During the stay we could hear every little detail in all surrounding rooms as well as outside our door. It definitely didn't help that there were a few rooms around us that chose to party until 11:00-midnight. The music might have been a few rooms down but it sounded like it was next door to us. Throughout the night my wife and I kept tossing and turning due to a generally uncomfortable bed and neither of us got a good night of sleep. Noise and commotion began seeping through the walls at about 6:30 to the point where neither of us could sleep so we decided to wake up. When we went to take a bath the shower head appeared to be broken and there was a decent amount of mold and mildew buildup around where the top of the tub met the tiles. Overall we have agreed we would NEVER sleep in this motel again.

Worst trip ever

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Nothing
The hotel rooms look nothing like the pictures shown on their website. They are small, dated, and uncomfortable. The guests above us were employed by the hotel and they kept us up most of the night. Not only did the spit off the balcony above us they also emptied their beer cans over the side rail and it landed in front of our doorway. After finally getting to sleep we were woken to a domestic violence incident. The owner of the hotel promised a refund. That was two weeks ago. Haven't seen it yet.

Great value, clean spacious room

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Simple clean location nice staff
Location: Laundromat, gas station, self car wash and food choices immediate walking distance. 30 mins walk to downtown to brewery pubs
We were on Motorcycles and brought them down in trailer. had plenty of room for truck and trailer. Staff great, clean room, spacious, lil fridge, nice area for 2 to each at a table. coffee and bagels at front desk in morning. We stayed 3 night and rode bikes into the hills and Rocky Mountain Park. Had 2 double beds. Staff helped us with all our questions and concerns. We had stayed at Sheridan downtown for 2 nights same week, went to a Motel6 that we had to leave as it was very bad, so this was a perfect above halfway point.
