Old and run down.

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: The staff was courteous
Cons: Just about everything.
It's hard for me to believe that Days Inn would let this hotel use it's brand. The building is very old and not very well maintained. The furniture in the rooms are a mix of things that appear to have been bought at a garage sale. It appears that they have long term residents living in the back wing of the motel. The air conditioning in my room went out about an hour after I arrived, so I had to be moved to a different room. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Days INN

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Lobby was dirty, floor, doors, glass. Asked for downstairs, we got upstairs and told there was no empty down stairs, I had this booked on e-mail and already paid for. No air condition, had to call downstairs for them to turn on. Hallways, floor boards, doors dirty, bad need of a paint job. We had no lights over bed unless we moved bed to plug in. Need a complete overall, paint job, tiles cleaned, smiling faces, The add had nothing right, NO NOT STAY HERE.

Don't stay here.

Posted Apr 6, 2015
This hotel is disgusting. We had to ask for a new room because the first room wasn't clean. The 2nd room was equally disgusting. We didn't feel safe staying here with the kids so we drove 1 1/2 hours to the another hotel. This Days Inn honestly looks like it should be condemned.

Not happy

Posted Mar 10, 2015
I could not get any sleep walls are paper thin. It is a very dingy hotel and I was thankful that at the last minute my wife could not accompany me because I would have been embarrassed to have her stay there. I am completely unhappy and will never use this hotel again.

Dated facilities. Seen better, and worse

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: It needs remodeling, better plumbing, and better soundproofing.
Cons: The pet policy is terrible and poorly communicated
Room was clean but dated. Plumbing is loud and the walls are thin. Their pet policy is absurd and not well-communicated either at the hotel or on this website. $10 per pet per night, and if you don't tell them you have pets, there is an additional $250 cleaning charge. Absolutely ridiculous. At least give people fair warning before trying to stick them with such an unfair charge. Sad to say, this is far from the only hotel that has this practice. Luckily I found out in time and had a place to put my dog to avoid the charge, but I would not consider this a pet-friendly hotel and would not recommend it to anyone looking for one.

Pretty sketchy hotel near University

Posted Feb 10, 2015
When I drove up to the hotel around 7:30 pm I wasn't sure if it was in business anymore. All of the street signs were turned off and it looked very run down. The front door to the lobby was slightly ajar and looked broken. I checked in without a problem and got to my room. It was a first floor room opening right into the parking lot. The room was at least secure and mostly clean looking except the bathroom, which had signs of mold and hair on the walls of the shower. The furniture was old and one of the chairs was broken. The comforter on the bed was ripped and yellowed with age and there was no fitted sheet on the bed - there was just bare mattress under the loose sheet. IF I hadn't prepaid with no refund available I would have found a new hotel. I have 2 more trips planned but I will not be staying here...
