Retreat In BaliPosted Jan 31, 2012 on Hotels.com
We arrived back yesterday from 10 days at the Vision Villa and Resort which comprised of a 6 day holiday and 4 day mindfulness retreat. Could not have been in a more beautiful place with lovely kind people who catered for all of our needs. The villas are in gorgeous lush surroundings and the amenities and service excellent. It takes about 40 mins to get to Ubud and 1 hour to Kuta/Seminayk. The resort use friendly and knowledgeable drivers who will take you around for the day for approx $$40-50. Food is reasonably priced however the menu could do with a revamp and include more snack choices. Looking forward to our next trip to Bali and will definitely stay at Vision Villas.

Purely SerenePosted Jul 17, 2011 on Hotels.com
A beautiful place to stay. Took the whole family (kids and grandkids) and had a fantastic time. With all the sunny pavillions and landscaped gardens it was very relaxing. Away from all the heavy duty flow of the cities it was exactly what we all needed. Our hotel staff couldn't do enough for us, we were all so spoilt. This was our first trip to Bali and thanks to Vision Villas we all hope to return again soon.

Vision Vilas Rural HarvestPosted Jul 12, 2011 on Hotels.com
The gorgeous villas had steps everywhere, hard work for hotel staff who nevertheless happily transported on request. Renata is the BEST! She rang around and found Gazebo Cottages on the beach @ Sanur which has a selection of reasonably accessible bungalows. Also ramps both sides of the beach restaurant. Renata also organised transport for, arrived at new hotel same time as me and transferred payment/negotiated rates @ new hotel. Wow! Thank U, Renata Champion!

Wonderful service, enchanting resortPosted Apr 22, 2011
This resort is not in the one main tourist spots and that's why I chose it. When I arrived the staff were very friendly, and I found out that they organise all kinds of adventure trips. I decided to stay for longer and booked on a cycling trip which starts at the volcano at Kintimani and then descends all the way back to the resort. A group of us went on the trip, and it took us through villages, rice fields with amazing views, and I am so happy that I took the time to do it. I wasn't aware such trips were available. The view from the mountains of Bali is spectacular. Back to the resort, it has a very cosy feel and I was given a tour of the gardens, where everything has been designed around the Hindu culture and the five elements. I haven't ever seen that kind of care and attention put into the design of a place. Food was good, I got to meet new friends. There was construction going on at the back because they are renovating some of the terraces, but other than that my experience far exceeded my expectations. I recommend it!

Perfect to relaxPosted Sep 16, 2010 on Hotels.com
If you want to have some relaxing days these villas are the perfect place to do. The rooms are wonderful decorated, garden and pool are well arranged. You just feel well if you stroll around and use one of the pavillions with a romantic atmosphere. Where light is there is also shadow ... The location of this hotel is far away from any activities, restaurants or beaches. You need a car to explore the area around. By the way the hotel isn't easy to find. Good to have GPS on the mobile. Compared with cost for beverages and food in other locations on Bali, the price is too high. One of the owners (he introduced as this), is changing the music in the restaurant on his own mood without any respect to the guests. And he is a terrible singer. No chance to pay with credit card if the electricity was shut down. You have to go to next ATM which is 7 km away from the hotel. If you look for quiet location without any activities, this is the right place for you.
