"It took some time to decide on a property to stay at in Toronto. I’m so glad I chose Hotel X. It had every amenity you could imagine, with the friendliest staff. The room was gorgeous, with an incredible view of the city and also the water. It was the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of downtown—close enough to everything, and full of on site options, in the event that we didn’t want to leave the property. We will definitely return, as this made our time in Toronto such a relaxing...

"When we first arrived, we were not pleased with our room layout, so we spoke with Syed at the front desk. He was most helpful and offered us a choice of two different rooms, one of which was to our liking. Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that the floors are somewhat thin and we could hear the children in the room above ours, although that was only for one night. I would recommend this hotel."
