Pros: location only
Cons: everything. first, replace the entire staff.
drive past. we will NEVER stay at any Extended Stay America property again. horrible. pretty much everything you can think of sucked.

Disappointing hotel

Cons: Maintenance of the property and service by hotel staff
Location: NOTHING!!!
The front desk made a mistake and cancelled our door keys after 2 nights (we had reserved 6 nights through Expedia). Three requests for clean towels were not answered during our 6 day stay. The bed was uncomfortable. The shuttle to and from MD Anderson was not air conditioned and the location of the hotel was remote to any shopping without a car. Will not book this hotel again.

Facility was nice. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were dirty especially the bathroom.

It is terrible hotel and bad staff

Pros: The only good thing the location which is close to medical center
Cons: change the staff .. the employee should use nice way to talk to people
i had the worst stay in my life in this hotel the staff is very terrible they do not want to work at all . i came at 12:30 pm after i have been in 48 hour flight they lady said you have to wait until 3 pm to check out she dose not want to give me a room but when someone came after me she give her the the room key when she saw me coming she told her check in at 3 .. i came inside again i needed to to bathroom she told me we do not have public bathroom in wait until you take your room key .. i came back at 3 the lady treatment really bad she talk like she do not want to help you at all she was yelling when i asked her if she can give downstair room and it was a lot of room was available .. the room is very small the staff is really bad i will never go stay at that place even if it is free..

Cons: Room needs more cleaning and towels for the amount of guess and days of stay. Very poor.
Location: Like the location.
The rooms are updated from our last time stay. The rate was right for us that the reason why we book this place. It is a medical stay for Tx Children Hospital.

Extended Stay America Fannin

Pros: LOcation is great
Cons: Linen. Especially the bedspread. No Blanket on bed...just sheet and bedspread.
Location: Good central location. Easy access to public transportation. Many places to eat nearby. All kinds of facilities close by with a wide variety of venues
Not the Best but OK. could be a bit cleaner and the linens could stand for better quality. Took this room for smoking purposes. Turns out it is all NON-SMOKING. Expedia and Hotel Ownership need to fix this.

Room A/C was nor functioning properly caused miserable night, otherwise rm was clean and no problem.
