“Disappointing...”

For an established hotel, some very beginner errors are still being made...such as: the telephone was not wired to use the quick dial buttons..the mattress was in disrepair, etc...To be clear, had one of the best rooms, an Allergy-Free one and it was sub par...

“Good Service”

I stayed at this hotel while visiting family who live nearby. The hotel was undergoing some needed updating, but we did not hear any construction noise in our room. While there, one of my children became ill, so I spent an entire day in the room. The staff was very accommodating - and the room service was great. The food was delivered promptly - fruit was very fresh and coffee was hot. We were able to walk around towards the end of the day and explored the pool area, which is nestled in a nice courtyard, well shaded with a large grassy area. Overall, quite pleasant - will certainly stay there again.

“Nice hotel, would stay again.”

In spite of remodeling in the lobby, we had a very nice stay. Everything was clean, staff was friendly & the bed was really comfy. We would definitely stay there again.

“Nice hotel in a great location”

One negative is having to pay $13 for internet connection. This is criminat. It is being offered free by much lesser hotels.

“Nice Hotel”

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Westchase. What was a little bothersome to me was the fact that there was no microwave in the hotel room and one of the bedroom sheets had a stain on it. Other than that, my stay there was nice.

“Hilton chains are the best”

I stayed at the Hilton due to a seminar there. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quite. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and smiled. I enjoyed the 24 hour workout area. I used my room key and was able to workout at 4 am when I woke up and my brain was trying to work on a problem. I worked out, showered, and was able to get an hour's sleep before heading to my meeting.

“Great Hotel”
